Delete your Servd account
The fastest way is in the app: Profile > Sign-in and security > Delete account. It takes effect straight away. If you can't use the app, send us a request instead.
Request deletion by email
- Email contact@servd.ph with the subject “Account Deletion Request – SERVD”.
- Send it from the email address on your Servd account, so we can confirm the account is yours.
- We delete your account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Before you delete
- You can't delete your account while you have a paid booking that hasn't ended. Cancel it in the app or play it first.
- If you run a venue on Servd, contact us to close your venues first.
- Any Servd credits are lost when your account is deleted. You can spend them on a booking first, or ask for a cash-out by emailing contact@servd.ph with the subject “Cash-out Request – SERVD”. A cash-out that is still pending ends when the account is deleted. If you have credits, we'll tell you the balance and wait for you to confirm before deleting; the 30 days start from your confirmation.
What we delete
Your profile (name, display name, email, phone number, username, and profile photo), your consent records, your player and venue owner accounts, your Servd credits, your waitlist and notification history, and your device tokens.
What we keep
Your booking and payment records, for 10 years, as Philippine tax law requires. They keep your account's user ID, but once your account is deleted that ID no longer links to your name, contact details, or any profile. Emails you sent us are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you signed in with Apple
We can't remove Servd from your Apple ID for you when you delete by email. After we confirm, go to Settings > your name > Sign in with Apple on your iPhone (or account.apple.com) and remove Servd.
