Servd Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: September 18 2026
Welcome to SERVD (“SERVD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SERVD website, mobile application, software, venue management system, booking services, payment functionality, and related products and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
1. DEFINITIONS
For purposes of these Terms:
“User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including players, operators, administrators, and other authorized users.
“Player” means a user who uses the Platform to search for, reserve, or book sports facilities, courts, events, or related services.
“Venue” means a sports facility, recreation facility, or other business that lists or manages its courts and facilities through SERVD.
“Court” means a bookable facility belonging to a venue.
“Facility” means a non-bookable facility belonging to a venue.
“Operator” means the person or entity authorized to operate or manage a Venue and/or a Court.
“Booking” means a reservation made through the Platform for a Venue, court, or related service.
“Services” means the technology, booking, venue-management, synchronization, analytics, payment, communication, and other services provided by SERVD.
“Content” means information, text, photographs, videos, logos, schedules, pricing, reviews, and other materials submitted to or displayed through the Platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account or make a Booking unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and subject to the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Platform, you represent that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- You will comply with applicable laws and regulations; and
- You will not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
If you create an account on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that business or organization to these Terms.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Certain Platform features may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- Providing accurate and current information;
- Updating your information when necessary;
- All activity conducted through your account; and
- Immediately notifying SERVD of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
SERVD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, are used fraudulently, or violate these Terms.
4. USE OF THE PLATFORM
You agree to use SERVD only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the Platform to commit fraud or other unlawful activity;
- Create false or misleading accounts;
- Make fraudulent or speculative Bookings;
- Attempt to circumvent Platform fees;
- Interfere with Platform operations;
- Access another User’s account without authorization;
- Introduce malicious software or code;
- Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit Platform data without permission;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform;
- Use automated systems to make excessive or unauthorized requests;
- Impersonate another person or entity; or
- Use SERVD in a manner that could damage the Platform, its Users, or its reputation.
5. VENUE and COURT LISTINGS
Operators may list their venues, courts, facilities, and services on SERVD.
Operators are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to SERVD is accurate and current, including:
- Venue & Court name and location;
- Court or Facility availability;
- Operating hours;
- Pricing;
- Facility specifications;
- Amenities;
- Venue-specific rules
- Photos and descriptions; and
- Other information presented to Users.
SERVD may rely on information provided by Operators and does not guarantee that all Venue information is complete, accurate, or continuously updated.
All Operators, Venues, and Courts will adhere to SERVD’s cancellation policy and booking rules.
SERVD may remove or modify Venue listings that violate these Terms, applicable law, or Platform policies.
6. BOOKINGS
Users may make Bookings through the Platform based on availability displayed at the time of reservation.
Booking Confirmation:
A Booking will only be considered confirmed and reserved once full payment has been successfully completed through the SERVD Platform and only when the platform indicated the booking has been successfully confirmed.
An unpaid, partially paid, pending, failed, or incomplete transaction does not constitute a confirmed Booking and does not guarantee the availability of the selected court, facility, date, or time slot.
Once full payment has been successfully confirmed, SERVD will ensure that the operator will reserve the selected Booking subject to the applicable Venue rules and availability.
Booking Information:
Before confirming a Booking, Users are responsible for reviewing the information displayed on the Platform, including:
- Venue
- Court or Facility;
- Date;
- Start and End Time;
- Booking Price;
- Venue-specific rules
- SERVD and Venue Cancellation Policy; and
- Any other applicable terms and conditions.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all Booking information is correct before completing payment.
Booking Expiration
Users are expected to arrive and use the Venue during the scheduled Booking period.
A Booking does not automatically extend due to late arrival.
If a User arrives late, the Venue may be unable to extend the Booking beyond the original scheduled end time.
Fraudulent or Abusive Bookings:
SERVD reserves the right to cancel or restrict Bookings where it reasonably believes that the Booking involves:
- Fraud;
- Unauthorized payment;
- Abuse of Promotional Offers;
- Multiple or duplicate accounts created to circumvent Platform rules;
- Booking Price;
- Circumvention of cancellation policies
- Attempts to manipulate Venue availability; and
- Other prohibited or abusive activity.
Where permitted by law, SERVD may suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activity.
7. Booking Availability and Three-Month Booking Window
SERVD shall maintain a rolling booking window covering the current calendar month and the following two (2) calendar months for all Venue and Court slots made available through the SERVD booking platform.
At any given time, Players may make bookings for available slots within the current calendar month and the succeeding two (2) calendar months. Bookings beyond this three (3)-month period shall not be made available through the SERVD platform unless otherwise agreed upon by SERVD and the Venue Partner.
At the end of each calendar month, SERVD shall release the booking slots for the calendar month immediately following the existing three-month booking window.
For example:
- During September, Players may book available slots for September, October, and November.
- At the end of September, SERVD shall release the available slots for December.
- During October, Players may book available slots for October, November, and December.
- At the end of October, SERVD shall release the available slots for January.
The Venue Partner shall ensure that all information provided to SERVD is accurate and consistent with its other authorized booking channels.
SERVD reserves the right to modify the timing of slot releases where reasonably necessary due to system maintenance, technical limitations, holidays, or other operational considerations, provided that SERVD shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the three-month booking window.
8. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
Prices displayed on the Platform may be determined by Operators and SERVD. Pricing will vary by Venue, Court, time, date, event, membership status, SERVD service charge or other factors.
The total amount payable will be displayed before confirmation where reasonably practicable.
SERVD may facilitate payments through third-party payment processors.
By submitting a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction for the amount displayed at checkout.
SERVD may charge other applicable fees where clearly disclosed before payment.
SERVD does not store or directly process full payment card information except as permitted by applicable payment-processing arrangements and applicable law.
9. PLAYER CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through SERVD. Players may cancel their bookings and receive SERVD credits that may be used toward future eligible bookings on the platform. SERVD credits will vary depending on the time of cancellation relative to the booking schedule and the booking schedule.
Bookings that begins from 10am – 11pm follows the cancellation below below:

Bookings that begin from 12am – 9am will follow the cancellation policy below:

For Example, for a booking schedule amounting to Php 500 for 8:00PM- 9:00PM,

Refund Requests for Other Circumstances
For circumstances not expressly covered by the foregoing cancellation and refund policies, players may submit a refund request by contacting contact@servd.ph. All refund requests will be reviewed by SERVD on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval, and SERVD reserves the sole discretion to approve or deny any such request based on the circumstances of the case.
10. OPERATOR AND VENUE CANCELLATION POLICY
An Operator and/or Venue may cancel a confirmed booking where circumstances reasonably prevent the Venue from honoring the Booking, including but not limited to::
- Facility closure;
- Maintenance;
- Weather or safety concerns;
- Private events;
- Operational issues;
- Scheduling errors;
- Emergencies; or
- Other circumstances reasonably preventing the Venue from honoring the Booking.
Where a Venue cancels a confirmed Booking, the operator will be held liable to any additional losses or damages suffered by the affected Users as a result of the cancellation, to the extent permitted by applicable law. SERVD may assist in facilitating a refund, rescheduling, or alternative resolution, subject to the circumstances and applicable policies.
11. SERVD CREDITS
SERVD Credits issued pursuant to the Venue cancellation and player cancellation will be credited to the Player's SERVD account and may be applied toward eligible future bookings through the Platform.
SERVD Credits:
- Are not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law or expressly permitted by SERVD;
- May not be transferred to another User unless expressly permitted by SERVD;
- May be subject to additional terms regarding validity or expiration; and
- May only be used for eligible transactions identified by SERVD.
SERVD may, at its discretion, provide credits or other remedies outside the standard cancellation policy in exceptional circumstances.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights or remedies available to Users under applicable law.
SERVD Credits cash-out requests may be submitted to SERVD through contact@servd.ph. Approved cash-out requests may be subject to applicable transaction, processing, or administrative fees, which may be deducted from the amount to be disbursed to the player.
12. VENUE RESPONSIBILITIES
Venue Operators remain responsible for the operation and condition of their facilities.
This includes:
- Maintaining safe and usable facilities;
- Honoring confirmed Bookings;
- Providing accurate availability;
- Maintaining accurate pricing;
- Communicating relevant Venue rules;
- Providing appropriate staff and supervision where applicable;
- Complying with applicable permits, licenses, and regulations; and
- Handling Venue-specific customer concerns.
SERVD is a technology platform and is not the owner, operator, or controller of independently operated Venues unless expressly stated otherwise.
13. PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES AT VENUES
Users are responsible for complying with the rules and policies of each Venue.
Users may be responsible for damage caused to Venue property through their intentional or negligent conduct.
SERVD is not responsible for injuries, property damage, loss, theft, or other incidents occurring at a Venue except to the extent caused by SERVD’s own negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:
- Payment processors;
- Booking platforms;
- Venue management software;
- Maps and location services;
- Communication services;
- Analytics services; and
- Other technology providers.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
SERVD does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, accuracy, security, or performance.
16. DATA AND ANALYTICS
SERVD may provide Venue Operators with business and operational analytics, including information relating to:
- Booking activity;
- Court utilization;
- Revenue;
- Customer activity;
- Booking and Player trends;
- Peak periods;
- Venue performance; and
- Other operational metrics.
Analytics may be generated from information collected through the Platform.
SERVD may use aggregated and anonymized information for product development, benchmarking, analytics, research, and business purposes, provided such use complies with applicable privacy laws and SERVD’s Privacy Policy.
17. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Users and Venue Operators may submit Content to the Platform.
By submitting Content, you represent that:
- You own or have sufficient rights to the Content;
- The Content does not infringe another person’s rights;
- The Content is not unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading; and
- You have obtained any necessary consent for photographs, personal information, or other protected material.
You grant SERVD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Content as reasonably necessary to operate, market, improve, and provide the Platform.
18. REVIEWS AND RATINGS
SERVD may allow Users to submit reviews and ratings.
Reviews must be based on genuine experiences and must not contain:
- False or misleading statements;
- Threats;
- Hate speech;
- Harassment;
- Personal information of others;
- Spam;
- Commercial solicitation; or
- Content that violates applicable law.
SERVD may remove reviews that violate these requirements.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property relating to the SERVD Platform, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, logos, interfaces, databases, features, and content created by SERVD, belongs to SERVD or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of SERVD’s intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit SERVD intellectual property without prior written authorization.
20. PRIVACY
SERVD collects, uses, stores, and processes personal information in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws and SERVD’s Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed for purposes including:
- Account creation;
- Booking management;
- Payment processing;
- Customer support;
- Communications;
- Fraud prevention;
- Platform security;
- Analytics;
- Service improvement; and
- Other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
SERVD will implement reasonable measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

21. COMMUNICATIONS
By creating an account or making a Booking, you may receive transactional communications relating to:
- Bookings;
- Payments;
- Cancellations;
- Account activity;
- Venue updates;
- Security notices; and
- Platform operations.
Where permitted by law, Users may also receive promotional communications. Users may opt out of promotional communications through the applicable unsubscribe mechanism.
22. DISCLAIMERS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SERVD provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
SERVD does not guarantee that:
- The Platform will always be available;
- The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- Venue information will always be accurate;
- Every Booking will be successfully completed;
- Third-party integrations will operate continuously;
- A Venue will meet a User’s expectations; or
- The Platform will be free from technical defects.
SERVD is a technology platform and does not generally own, operate, or control independently listed Venues.
23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERVD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
SERVD shall not be responsible for losses arising primarily from:
- Venue operations;
- Venue negligence;
- Venue cancellations;
- User misconduct;
- Third-party services;
- Payment-provider failures;
- Internet or telecommunications failures;
- Force majeure events; or
- Information supplied incorrectly by Users or Venue Operators.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
24. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SERVD, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your misuse of the Platform;
- Your violation of applicable law;
- Your infringement of another person’s rights;
- Your Content; or
- Your negligent or unlawful conduct.
25. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
SERVD may suspend or terminate access to the Platform where reasonably necessary, including if:
- You violate these Terms;
- Your account is used for fraudulent activity;
- Your conduct creates security or legal risks;
- You provide materially false information;
- You misuse the Platform; or
- SERVD is required to do so by law.
You may stop using the Platform at any time.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
26. FORCE MAJEURE
SERVD will not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, war, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, power failures, cyber incidents, labor disruptions, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
27. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PLATFORM
SERVD may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace Platform features from time to time.
SERVD may also update these Terms where reasonably necessary due to changes in the Platform, business operations, technology, or applicable law.
Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means where required by law.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
28. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall, where permitted by law, be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
SERVD and the User may first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before commencing formal proceedings.
29. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
30. NO WAIVER
Failure by SERVD to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
31. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with SERVD’s Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and SERVD regarding your use of the Platform.
