12.1 SOCIAL APPLICATIONS AND PARTNER PLATFORMS

SERVD may establish partnerships, integrations, or collaborations with third-party social applications, community platforms, sports platforms, messaging applications, or other digital services (collectively, "Partner Platforms").

Where you choose to connect your SERVD account with a Partner Platform, participate in an activity facilitated through a Partner Platform, or use a feature that integrates SERVD with a Partner Platform, certain personal information may be exchanged between SERVD and the applicable Partner Platform, subject to your permissions, the functionality of the integration, and applicable law.

12.1.1 Information That May Be Shared

Depending on the specific partnership or integration, SERVD may share or receive information such as:

• SERVD account or user identifier;

You may choose not to connect your SERVD account with a Partner Platform or may revoke permissions where the relevant functionality allows it.

Please note that withdrawing permission or disconnecting an integration may prevent you from using certain features that depend on that Partner Platform.

12.1.3 Information Received from Partner Platforms

If you choose to connect SERVD with a Partner Platform, SERVD may receive information from that platform in accordance with the permissions you grant and the Partner Platform's applicable privacy policy.

For example, if you use a third-party social account to authenticate or create a SERVD account, we may receive basic account information necessary to create and manage your SERVD account.

12.1.4 Partner Platform Privacy Policies

Partner Platforms operate independently from SERVD and may have their own privacy policies, terms, and data-processing practices.

Once information is shared with a Partner Platform, that platform may process the information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

SERVD does not control the privacy practices of independent Partner Platforms and encourages you to review their privacy policies before connecting your account or using an integrated feature.

SERVD may add, modify, or discontinue partnerships and integrations from time to time.
