Which sports can I book?

Tennis, pickleball, basketball, and badminton courts, all in one app.

What happens if I cancel a booking?

Cancel in the app and you get Servd credits back, which you can use on a future booking. How much depends on how early you cancel; see section 9 of our Terms and Conditions.

How do I become a Servd partner?

If you own or manage a venue, open the Profile tab in the app and tap “List your court on Servd”. The application takes a few minutes, and we'll let you know once it's approved. Questions first? Email contact@servd.ph.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile > Sign-in and security > Delete account. It takes effect straight away. If you can't use the app, request deletion here.

How do I ask about my personal data?

Read our Privacy Policy, then email contact@servd.ph with the subject “Privacy Request – SERVD”.
